A routine changeover concentrates on preparing agreed guest areas between stays. If there is heavy build-up or the property needs a more thorough reset, ask about deep cleaning. Oven cleaning and carpet and rug cleaning should be requested separately so enough time and the appropriate scope can be agreed.
Linen, laundry and guest supplies
Bed-linen changes, laundering towels or bedding, restocking toiletries and other supplies are separate arrangements, not automatic inclusions. Tell us what you would like provided, what is already at the property and where supplies are stored. Availability and any additional costs must be confirmed in your quote.
What should a host send for a quote?
- The property postcode, layout and number of beds and bathrooms.
- The checkout time, next check-in time and requested cleaning date.
- Your cleaning checklist and the property’s current condition.
- Any linen, laundry, restocking or separate cleaning requests.
- A contact person and the proposed access arrangements.
